Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and support cross-departmental technical projects and process improvements
  • You will analyze complex technical (process) problems and develop technical solutions
  • You will coordinate all project participants (e.g., process technology, development, logistics, quality) and liaise with suppliers and authorities
  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing investment measures, including the preparation of approval documents
  • You will coordinate maintenance and repair work in close consultation with internal departments and external service providers
  • You will evaluate new trends in terms of opportunities, risks, feasibility, and innovation potential and implement them in projects
  • You will provide technical support, contribute suggestions for improvement, and be responsible for independent decision-making in your area of technical responsibility

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering) or a comparable field
  • You already have experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the field of maintenance or plant engineering
  • You have in-depth knowledge of project management methods, quality tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP), and a technical understanding of production facilities
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience in solving complex problems
  • You have strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with internal interfaces, customers, suppliers, and authorities
  • You have organizational and assertiveness skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
