Operations Director Production Quality & Services / Head of Operational Quality Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Departmental management of operational quality management 
• Technology planning in the field of measuring instruments and methods
• Initiating and leading interdisciplinary quality rounds
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders (QMB, CLF Quality, Operations, Engineering)
• Independent planning and implementation of internal optimization projects for quality procedures and quality-related processes
• Coordination of internal and external training courses

Additional Responsibilities As Operations Director:

• Strategic development of operational quality and service functions
• Management of production control and maintenance support functions
• Long-term development of production support processes, such as testing concepts, quality systems, and total productive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Experience In Machining

• Degree in a STEM subject (e.g., mechanical engineering, production engineering, or similar)
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance, quality planning, and statistics
• Knowledge in the field of machine tools
• Very good knowledge in the areas of problem solving, root cause analysis, and change management
• Experience in project management and the management of multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Knowledge of quality-related standards and regulations
• Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• For the position of Operations Director, several years of management experience in quality management, production, or a production-related field is also required
