Global Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager(IT)

What you will do

• ​Manage the total IT spend ($50-60M) on a global level.
• Liaise with IT vendors and our (IT, HR, Factory) departments for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best IT performance throughout the organization.
• Payment term negotiation, contract, and vendor performance management.
• Benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement.
• Measure the supplier performance and provide them with constructive feedback.
• Sourcing market information, latest trends and benchmarking best practices in procurement area.
• Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully complied with the requirement.
• What you will need
• Bsc Business degree, or a related study and for example a CIPS, NEVI or similar procurement education.
• Solid sourcing category experience in the IT area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Proven project management experience with data driven analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Flexible in adapting to changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements.
• International travel to strategic suppliers will be part of this challenging job.
