The Role

This role is centred around driving digital marketing volume and efficiency for the FSA marketing division. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll own campaign and channel management across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid platforms. You’ll design, execute, and optimise campaigns end-to-end, monitor and report on success, and refine customer journeys to ensure our user experience converts.

You’ll also help build out and maintain quality data processes (tag management, tracking, QA) and collaborate with the wider marketing team to align creative, community, and content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, run and optimise performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, ROAS, and cost-per-acquisition targets
  • Implement tag management and tracking, ensuring clean and accurate data
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to deliver assets that convert
  • Analyse campaign performance and data, translate findings into actionable insights, and report on KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine customer journeys and optimise conversion funnels

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ professional experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance media (paid search, paid social, display)
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in reporting, conversion metrics, and ROI tracking
  • Experience with tag management tools and data QA processes
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimisation, and monitoring
  • An “AI-native” mindset — willing to leverage new tools and learn continuously
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities across stakeholders
