We’re seeking a Business Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our business applications ecosystem, with a primary focus on HubSpot. This is a high-impact role that will align business processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure scalable systems that drive operational excellence across the company.
Role Overview
As the Business Applications Manager, you will own the design, administration, and evolution of HubSpot and other core business tools. You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our systems support seamless workflows, accurate data, and measurable growth. Your success will be measured by user adoption, process efficiency, and the ability of our business applications to enable revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
System Strategy & Administration
- Lead the administration and optimization of HubSpot and related business applications to align with company goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including user management, data integrity, reporting, and automation.
Process Enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations) to design and implement workflows that improve efficiency and visibility.
- Create scalable systems that enable revenue teams to execute effectively throughout the customer lifecycle.
Integration & Collaboration
- Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other business tools, driving a unified tech stack that supports company growth.
- Partner with IT and stakeholders to evaluate and implement new applications or enhancements.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and revenue teams.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
User Training & Adoption
- Build and deliver enablement materials, training sessions, and best-practice documentation to maximize user adoption.
- Serve as the go-to resource for HubSpot expertise and system guidance.
Innovation & Optimization
- Stay current on HubSpot features and industry best practices, recommending improvements that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information across teams.
What Are We Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years in a Business Applications, Revenue Operations, or Systems role, with deep expertise in HubSpot administration.
- Proven Track Record: Success in managing CRM platforms and business systems that enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution.
- Strategic & Tactical Expertise: Comfort operating at both the strategic and operational levels, from developing high-level marketing strategies to executing product launch details.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
