You’ll lead the development or our sustainability strategic advisory services in Canada, partnering with C-suite executives across the mining, resources or finance sector to translate sustainability ambition into business strategy and operational reality. You’ll join a talented and highly motivated team to play a crucial role in not just the development of the business but also in building a culture that inspires and unites people. As an entrepreneurial privately owned business, we’re ideally looking for someone seeking a long-term move with potential for an equity pathway.

Here’s what you can expect in your new role with EMM:

As our Sustainability Consulting Lead in Canada, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing our strategic advisory practice. Working directly with boards and executive teams, - you will:

• Lead and deliver strategic sustainability and climate advisory projects in partnership with corporate leaders.
• Drive business development and thought leadership, positioning yourself and the firm as trusted advisors on sustainability strategy.
• Collaborate with and leverage EMM’s deep bench of technical environmental and social experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate emerging sustainability and climate trends and regulatory shifts into actionable strategies for clients.
• Shape and grow the practice, bringing entrepreneurial thinking and commercial acumen to scale the business.

Here’s what you’ll bring to have impact:

• You are an established leader in sustainability consulting with a track record of making an impact and influence.
• Extensive experience in sustainability strategy, climate strategy, ESG, or related advisory.
• A strong reputation as a trusted advisor to mining and resources executives (or broader industry exposure).
• Proven success in business development, pipeline building and people leadership.
• The ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic business imperatives.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, thought leadership, and a passion for building something new.
• A deep personal drive to create a more sustainable world.
