This opportunity sits within our LED Technology Team working from our Bridgeview Warehouse Office Location and/or our Chicago downtown office during regular business hours. This opportunity requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Travel is necessary for client interactions and events / project work. Personal time-off, vacations and comp time should be planned around heavy periods of event schedules.

The Opportunity
As an Account & Fulfillment Manager, you will work directly with our team of experienced Account Managers to provide our clients with their sports event marketing needs. We anticipate that this role will predominantly focus on fulfillment tasks but at times (and for select projects) you will assume account management responsibilities. This is a great development opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career in Account Management.
This position will work directly with our Fulfillment & Operations Management team to ensure delivery of the world class sports and entertainment events projects that we currently manage and come on the journey and support TGI Sport’s further growth as the market leader.
Work will include ensuring that TGI Sport delivers on its contractual obligations in a timely fashion; manage the clients’ needs and requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
This position will have you reporting to the Co-GM and further interfacing with the Design / Content team, Operations, Tech Services, and Accounting.
Your Day Will Include:
- Development, production and delivery of projects from concept to completion
- Effectively analyze clients’ needs and criteria, goals of a project
- Act as main point of contact for a select number of TGI’s Sports clients, conveying client requirements and requests to the relative inhouse departments (design, operations, technology, accounting…)
- Actively manage and monitor that TGI Sport is complying with its contractual obligations with the client
- Manage project budgets from start to finish - setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the project team
- Traveling to onsite inspections to capture measurements, choose appropriate materials and determine install/dismantle solutions.
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal staff on the end-to-end artwork submission and approval process in TGI’s proprietary content management platform to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Develop proposals, quoting and communicating project fees with clients, as well as developing sales order for invoicing.
- Follow all project and new business processes and procedures to uphold quality standards.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the events world, and delivering static advertising, branding, experiential events, and/or dynamic advertising (LED and/or Virtual) is a positive
- Experience as a Project and/or Account Manager, managing multiple clients and projects, in a fast-paced environment is a positive
- Experience and understanding of materials for use in the field to create cost effective solutions
- A passion for sports is a positive but not required
- Exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or Apple equivalents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, as well as preference to be bilingual with Spanish as a second language.
- Candidate must be team player and service minded.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher education
