Boiler Technician – NSW

If you have experience as a Steam Boiler Technician or hold a qualification in either Electrical, Plumbing, or Refrigeration (or have almost completed your qualification), and you’re keen to develop your expertise in a specialised field, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone that is passionate about problem-solving, takes pride in their work, approaches every service challenge with a customer centric mindset and holds an excellent work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain, install and repair commercial boiler systems across NSW (and beyond)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system faults – steam, hot water, heat pumps
• Carry out inspections, ensure compliance, and follow safety protocols
• Complete detailed service reports and communicate with clients
• Provide support and advice to the wider service and warehouse teams when needed

What You Bring to the Table

• A qualification in Electrical, Plumbing or Refrigeration (or in the final year of your apprenticeship)
• White Card
• Driver’s licence (clean)
• Working with Children Check & Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliable, helpful and customer orientated
• Bonus if you already know your way around steam boilers, heat pumps, and commercial hot water systems and hold the relevant qualifications
