About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with them and the wider team to bring Dental Boutique’s brand to life across digital and offline channels.

In this hands-on support role, you’ll assist with content, campaigns, and day-to-day brand activities while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

How You’Ll Make An Impact:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance and use insights to optimise results.
• Assist with website updates, campaigns, events, podcasts, and other brand initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About You

You’re a budding marketing superstar who’s excited to learn, get hands-on, and help bring a brand to life. You might not have years of experience, but you have the spark, curiosity, and drive to make an impact.

You:

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or a related field.
• Love social media and know how to create scroll-stopping content.
• Are organised but adaptable, deadlines don’t faze you.
• Are curious and enjoy learning new tools, platforms, and marketing tricks.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to get creative.
• Work well in a team but can also take initiative and own your projects.
• Are positive, energetic, and excited to help us inspire confidence in every smile.
