Job Role:

  • Cash Management – Cash/Non- cash transactional activities
  • Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits, general information.
  • Maintaining speed and accuracy of transactional processes.
  • Sensation of the use of other business opportunities.
  • Providing a high-quality experience that will encourage customer loyalty and good word-of-mouth.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have a desire to know and understand financial terminology. Likewise, should be comfortable handling cash.
  • Computer proficiency a must.
