About The Role

Entering a new phase of growth for the business, we are currently seeking an Internal Sales representative to join our fun and friendly team based out at our Forrestdale WA branch. If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Industrial sales or a similar industry, then this is the role for you!

In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers. You will work within a small yet talented team in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions are valued.

Permanent contract offering full time hours. Mon-Fri. Annual salary of $60,000 - $75,000 + super (Based on experience)

Responsibilities / Duties

• Prepare customer quotes as required
• Process customer orders and invoices as required
• Assist new customers with product selection
• Answer telephones and respond to our clients’ queries which may include following up orders, responding to complaints or providing technical support
• Sourcing & offering alternative products
• Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish

Skills And Experience

• Have extensive experience in customer service, technical or support functions
• Be an excellent problem solver with great time management skills
• Have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Be action orientated
