Senior Product Designer

Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role will involve leading the design of innovative product features and playing a crucial part in the growth and maintenance of our design system. You will be instrumental in building and refining components within the design system, ensuring consistency and usability across our digital products to help users find hotels all over the world at better prices.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Holisto, you will: 

• End-to-End Product Design: You will be responsible for the entire product design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and user testing. This includes ensuring a smooth handoff to developers and contributing to business growth by designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, all while maintaining consistency through the use of our design system.
• Design System Development & Enhancement: You will actively contribute to the evolution of our design system by creating, refining, and maintaining components that promote consistency and scalability. This also involves creating and maintaining detailed documentation, such as style guides and pattern libraries, to support the development team.
• Conversion Optimization: You will utilize user data and feedback to identify and implement design improvements aimed at enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with developers, designers, analysts, and product managers to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.

Effective Communication: You are expected to proactively seek answers, resolve open questions, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.

This role will report to the Senior Product Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, specifically with complex digital products within the travel industry.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
• Strong design skills across web platforms, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, testing, competitor analysis, surveys, and journey mapping.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analyzing real-time user behavior to optimize user experience.
• Alignment with business goals, ensuring user experience projects support strategic priorities.
• Proficiency in wireframing and tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Polish language skills are a plus). We work in both Polish and English daily.
