About You
You're a former military professional with a strong foundation in computer science, electronics, or a related technical field.
While you may not have extensive commercial sales experience, your technical expertise means you can rapidly grasp complex products and solutions.You possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the team-first mentality that's essential in our collaborative environment.
Your Role and Development
What You'Ll Master:
- Technical Excellence: Leverage your computer science/electronics background to quickly become an expert in our three memory product lines, confidently proposing tailored solutions to customers.
- Business Development Mastery: We'll teach you to identify and develop new business opportunities, from initial research through to closing deals.
- Digital Networking: Learn to use LinkedIn and other professional tools to research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and build valuable business networks.
- CRM Proficiency: Master our Keap system to efficiently manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and forecast business growth.
- International Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with our German colleague and key international manufacturing partners.
- Trade Show Excellence: Confidently represent our company at UK and German trade shows, engaging potential customers and generating quality leads.
- Strategic Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our trade show presence and overall sales strategies, drawing on your problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Military/Forces background (any service branch or rank)
- Technical qualification or strong experience in computer science, electronics, or related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Eagerness to learn business development and sales methodologies
- Adaptable, team-oriented approach with willingness to support various business functions
- Comfortable with occasional international and domestic travel
