Scope And Purpose

To foster continuous improvement of production processes in all Brembo plants, by implementing auditing activities and by leading working groups to define quality standards and guidelines related to production processes.

Result Areas/ Main Activities

• Ensures the deployment of the Quality System guidelines with reference to the scope of business processes, with special focus on production;
• Implement process audit on all Brembo plants supporting them in action plan definition and monitoring the related follow up;
• Guarantees the drafting, the deployment and the update of the quality standards and guidelines related to business processes, including production.
