Educational Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering  

Work Experience

Minimum of 10 years of work experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 

Working experience in Steel processing centre or steel rolling mills.  

Hands on experience of siemens S7 -300 & 400 PLC. 

Expertise in commissioning and troubleshooting of S120, G120, ACS800 drive. 

Working experience on servo drive SIMOTION D425 CONTROLLER. 

Well versed with simatic manager, starter , scout ,control builder software, TIA portal 

Good understanding of industrial communication such as profibus, profinet, Ethernet. 

Knowledge of siemens make HMI, scada. Hand on experience of backup, download, upgradation 

Exposure in industry 4.0 

Knowledge of siemens CU MODULE, CIM, BLM, SLM, DC BUS BAR SYSTEM. 

Experience in writing of s7 300 plc programme for any change and modification. Understanding of STL programme. 

Capable to do hardware configuration of plc. 

Well verse with iba system, instruments, and all type of encoders, transducer, and strip centering guide. Sensors. 

Experience in motor ,pcc,mcc,substation, transformer, LT & HT switch gear & protection, crane and other electrical system maintenance 

Skills : - 

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
