Intern FPA (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Summary:

The mission will be to ensure compliance with the economic-financial and operational objectives of the company (ATC), maximizing its value and in accordance with the policies and strategies of ATC. 

The main objective is to organize, coordinate and analyze the operational and economic-financial performance of the company, in accordance with ATC regulations in order to ensure and guarantee the efficient use of the resources employed, sending the corresponding financial reports to the corporate areas

Essential Duties:

1. 1.           Control and assurance of the correct accounting of incoming goods and supplies. 
2. 2.           Collaborate in obtaining closing information, and its comparative review against the budget, loading data into the various management systems (Oracle), complying with internal and corporate calendars (recurring deadlines). 
3. 3.           Participate in the process of preparing financial planning models (budget, forecast, 10YP), together with the operational areas, loading data into the various management systems. 
4. 4.           Collaborate in the preparation of corporate presentations of the different financial planning processes.
5. 5.           Analyse budget deviations, proposing, together with the area manager, corrective actions to the operational areas. 
6. 6.           Analyse and propose possible process improvements in order to be more efficient and keep a better control of income, expenses and capex.
7. 7.           Participate in the definition, implementation and improvement of the company's management systems.

Job Profile:

Education And Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics 
• English: Advanced level
• Office tools, specially EXCEL and POWERPOINT
• Oracle will be an asset
