Internship in IT Accounting Solutions (12 months)

Description For Candidates

We are currently looking for an Intern for the IT Accounting area, who is an active student and will remain enrolled for the next 12 months.

• Currently enrolled in a university program in IT, accounting, business administration, or a similar degree program.
• Must remain an active student at the university during the entire internship period, that is, for the next 12 months.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Written English skills appropriate for a global business environment.
• Willingness to help and to learn.
• Goal and detail oriented.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of basic business or accounting practices (Preferred)
• Knowledge of any accounting software package
• Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense system
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform

Responsibilities: The selected candidate will learn how to perform support tasks as an IT Administrator, supporting accounting functions including Concur expense system, including monitoring data imports and exports, configuring system settings, and troubleshooting user issues for users in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The candidate will also learn how to document existing processes and configurations and identify opportunities for improvement.
