About the role
You will play an important part in assessing health technologies and policies, applying economic evaluation methods, and producing high-quality research that supports health care decision making.

• Reviewing and analysing health economic literature.
• Conducting statistical analyses and developing economic models.

A solid understanding of health systems and cost structures, either in Australia or comparable jurisdictions, is important.
We are looking for candidates with a tertiary qualification in health sciences, medicine, public health or epidemiology, combined with strong quantitative skills. Postgraduate study in health economics, statistics or health technology assessment will be an advantage, and familiarity with software such as Excel, TreeAge or @Risk will also be highly regarded.
