Remote Engagement: Inside Sales Representative – Oncology Publications
Location: Remote US Eastern Time Zones Preferred

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $60K - $70K. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities:
As an Inside Remote Sales Representative, you will:
Sales Execution:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers to drive sales of Amplity Publication ads (print/digital and special editions).
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to develop leads and close sales.
- Bring the sale to contract before successfully handing off to delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their oncology publication requirements.
- Know who in Amplity to hand the contact off to when expanded opportunities are identified.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amplity Publications in oncology, including key features, benefits, and target audiences.
- Stay updated on oncology trends, therapies, and treatments to speak confidently about the value of the publications.
Sales Reporting:
- Accurately log all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the NCP, delivery, and editorial teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Provide customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required, or equivalent experience.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field a plus
- A minimum of 1 years -3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers via phone and email.
- High learning agility and clinical acumen
- Self-motivated with strong resilience
- Basic understanding of healthcare concepts is a strong plus and an interest in oncology (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
Preferred:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or oncology sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Credentialing Requirements:
As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company’s expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.
Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses.
