As an FPRA Automation & Digitalization Expert at Nokia, your core mission is to streamline and standardize finance processes through harmonization and automation, delivering accurate reporting that drives decision-making. By collaborating with FPRA teams and enhancing efficiency, you contribute to our broader mission of being a technology innovation leader, enabling a more productive, sustainable, and accessible world. Your work not only supports financial excellence but also empowers our global initiatives, ensuring that Nokia continues to pioneer advancements at the intersection of networks and cloud technology.

  • Drive the harmonization and standardization of finance processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline financial reporting and data management.
  • Collaborate with FPRA teams to develop and support standard automated reporting services.
  • Conduct timely and accurate month-end closing activities and related reporting tasks.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs by maintaining attention to details and adherence to deadlines.
  • Utilize Power BI, Power Apps, and AI tools for data modelling, data analysis and visualization 
  • Continuously explore new concepts and techniques to enhance processes.

You Have:

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • University or college degree in data science, information technology, or finance
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing process automations, preferably in finance

It would be nice if you also had:

  • SQL experience
  • SharePoint management experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Certification in RPA or other advanced automation tools
