A unique opportunity for an ambitious, skilled finance professional. As Senior Manager, Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (FPRA) for Mobile Networks (MN) at Nokia, you will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing financial performance within the MN business. MN Business Group develops technology that enables many of the wireless services that we all use daily.

This position calls for a driven and detail-oriented finance professional with comprehensive modeling and forecasting skills, eager to influence outcomes in a dynamic global technology landscape and build a career at a flagship company in the European technology industry. This role provides exceptional bird’s-eye visibility into MN’s overall strategy, financial planning processes, and its broad portfolio of products and services. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to key financial decisions that shape the business. Given its strategic scope and cross-functional exposure, this role also serves as a strong springboard to advanced finance leadership opportunities across Nokia.   • Lead and execute FPRA processes including monthly reporting, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive financial performance.
  • Develop robust financial models for effective business planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize predictive analytics and AI tools to enhance forecast accuracy while identifying critical trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create insightful management reporting packages and dashboards that transform complex data into understandable business narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Drive simplification and automation of FPRA processes by leveraging digital tools and systems for improved efficiency.
  • Contribute to OPEX analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment, engaging with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

You Have:

  • Several years of relevant experience in FPRA, business finance, or audit, preferably from a Big Four firm or multinational corporation.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with expertise in building complex financial models and predictive analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with finance systems, automation tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Exposure to controllership, financial closing, and compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in all work.
  • Proven presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-finance audiences.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
