The international team fulfills and realizes the Icelandair vision and strategy daily, working closely with our service partners around the network. We are offering an exciting and demanding role in an international and exciting environment surrounding values such as safety, good communication skills and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Process and Project Manager to lead operational excellence across our European network. You will design efficient processes, manage key projects, and collaborate with station teams and partners to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality ground operations.

Responsibilities:
- Standardize and improve station procedures across Europe
- Lead projects such as station launches and vendor transitions
- Collaborate with hub, local teams, and European aviation authorities
- Use data and lean methodology to drive performance
- Support change initiatives and deliver training across locations
Qualifications:
- Education fit for purpose
- Experience in process and project management, ideally in aviation or logistics
- Familiarity with European aviation regulations and multilingual environments
- Solution oriented and positive team player
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally
