The Brass Tacks
• Work with a team to process semi-monthly, multi-property, multi-state, hourly and salaried payroll
• Audit expectations: verify accuracy of hours imports, tip uploads/allocations, state tax validation, and adherence to policies
• Process and validate wage increases, retro pay processing, position changes, status changes, terminations, discrepancies, time edits, etc
• Consistently provide exceptional service to team members and guests as defined by CHI standards and values
The Nitty Gritty
• 1-3 years of processing experience
• Must have proficient audit skills with a propensity for detail and the ability to engage in constructive problem solving
• Must work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Must be a team player with the ability to work as a cohesive unit
• Must be able to deal professionally with confidential materials
• Strong people skills and organizational skills necessary
• Flexible schedule with the exception of defined hours during payroll processing and commit days
