As a Senior Product Associate in Connected Commerce on the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will have a strong background in end-to-end project management, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. This role requires excellent executive communication skills, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a quick learning aptitude. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with executive objectives. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by engaging stakeholders from various teams, gathering input, and ensuring clear communication of goals and progress. 
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and visual materials to communicate product strategy, operational updates, and recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise, and actionable insights tailored for executive audiences. 
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings in a format suitable for decision-making. 
  • Track and report on key product and operational metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of executive meetings, including agenda development, briefing materials, and action item tracking. 
  • Identify areas for process improvement and help implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across product and operations teams. 
  • Rapidly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and skills as needed to support evolving business needs. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy, operations, or a similar role supporting senior leadership. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects and driving cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level presentations and reports. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations. 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, charting, and basic modeling. 
  • Proven ability to conduct basic data analysis and synthesize findings for decision-making. 
  • Experience preparing materials for executive audiences, including dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
