Business Analysis Associate I - Regulatory Operations

As a Business Analysis Associate in Regulatory Operations, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence through data analysis and optimizing processes through automation.  You will have the opportunity to learn and work with several different organizations within Regulatory Operations. 

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with request owners to gather and define detailed business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Acts as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable data requirements and solution designs.
• Partner with subject matter experts and management to deliver automation solutions from idea conception through implementation.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations.
• Provide exploratory questions, insights and analysis to identify potential improvement opportunities
• Develop knowledge of operational processes managed within the pillar and help uncover opportunities for data analysis and automation
• Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist.
• Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere.
• Continue to explore better tools to perform your job and strengthen your skills.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with ability to tell compelling stories using data.
• Hands on experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL/PLSQL,  AWS, Snowflake, and Python.
• Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions.
• Able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
• Have an acute attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a self-directed manner with strong a desire to deliver superior results with urgency.

• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days in office mandatory )
