Senior Manager / AVP – B2B Marketing Lead | Mumbai
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to anchor DSP’s distributor marketing efforts. In this role, you will:

• Own DSP’s B2B marketing calendar, from strategy to execution
• Lead flagship campaigns, partner events, and digital engagement programs
• Manage agencies and internal teams to deliver initiatives on time and at scale
• Launch new engagement formats to make DSP stand out with distributors
• Define and track success metrics, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact
• Build and mentor a small team, while working closely with Sales, RMX, VRM, and Product teams

What we’re looking for:

• 12–15 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B or financial services
• Proven ability to manage agencies and stakeholders at senior levels
• Strong project management and execution focus
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team
