Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Data Administration
This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of recruitment and workforce data administration coordination for profile sourcing, first level screening, onboarding, employee data administration processes. This role involves managing multi-tiered teams, engaging with regional TA and other HR stakeholders, driving performance against SLAs, ensuring compliance with global onboarding standards, and continuously optimizing operational workflows for efficiency and scale.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1.    Talent Acquisition
o    Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
o    Strong understanding of global recruitment.
o    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.
o    Proficient with ATS (preferably Oracle Taleo)

2.    Onboarding & Employee Experience:
o    Ensure smooth execution of pre-joining activities: document collection, Pre employment check/background verification initiation and tracking, onboarding system readiness, and Day 1 planning.
o    Maintain compliance with documentation checklists, background verification or pre-employment check protocols, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, EEO).
o    Collaborate with global onboarding owners to tailor the support model to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
o    Supervise exception handling (e.g., delayed background verifications/pre-employment checks, rehires, leadership onboarding) and ensure stakeholder visibility and resolution.
3.    Workforce Data Operations:
o    Ensure end-to-end accuracy in employee master data transactions (hires, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.) across global HRIS platform (Oracle).
o    Maintain documentation and quality controls to ensure data compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
o    Deep domain experience in payroll operations and service delivery.
o    Manage ticket resolution via ServiceNow or similar tools; ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.
o    Drive consistency and compliance across all employee master data activities.
4.    Team Leadership:
o    Lead and coach a team of recruiters and HR data analysts; assign work effectively and ensure optimal workload balancing.
o    Foster a culture of precision, accountability, and learning.
o    Support team with complex cases and communication/collaboration with retained teams.
o    Support team with transaction processing and query management during high volumes
o    Support workforce planning including BCP, capability development, and retention strategies.
o    Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility.
5.    Stakeholder Management:
o    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, operations, and business leadership, to align recruitment priorities.
o    Manage vendor partnerships, as necessary.
o    Handle escalations and resolve issues related to recruitment, onboarding and workforce data administration processes efficiently.
o    Act as the liaison between business teams, HR, and IT for all data administration matters.
6.    Reporting & Process Excellence
o    Support weekly and/or monthly reporting on key sourcing, screening and onboarding metrics like sourcing performance, onboarding experience in addition to workforce data management metrics like volume, accuracy etc.
o    Deliver periodic reports and insights for workforce data administration tasks to both internal leadership and the client.
o    Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for SLA misses or process errors and implement corrective actions.
o    Lead quality assurance reviews, RCA reporting, and mitigation planning for service failures or escalations.
o    Implement lean process improvements and support digitization initiatives (e.g., automation of trackers, form templates, dashboards).
o    Standardize process documentation and ensure knowledge retention and up-to-date SOPs.
7.    Process Improvement:
o    Identify and implement improvements through automation, digital tools, and simplification initiatives.
o    Participate in UAT, change assessments, and documentation updates during system changes or upgrades.
8.     Compliance & Risk Governance:
o    Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, GDPR, and labour law compliance across workforce data activities.
o    Implement internal controls to detect, prevent, and resolve data-related risks.
o    Lead audits, internal reviews, and remediation actions as needed.
o    Drive regular governance with retained HR leaders and core HR teams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    MBA in HR, or equivalent.
•    Proven experience in talent acquisition and workforce data administration or a related role, with a strong background of >10 years in leadership, managing a team of >15 people.
•    Strong understanding of global recruitment, onboarding, workforce data administration process (end-to-end employee lifecycle) workflows, payroll operations and service delivery.
•    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.
•    Ensure end-to-end accuracy in employee master data transactions (hires, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.) across global HRIS platforms, preferable Oracle.
•    Drive consistency and compliance across all employee master data activities.
•    Maintain documentation and quality controls to ensure data compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
•    Proficient with ATS (Oracle Taleo mandatory), HRIS (Oracle mandatory), recruitment analytics, and talent acquisition technologies.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing teams in an HR shared services setup.
•    Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have.
•    Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
