Responsibilities

Must have L2 support experience in Windows Infrastructure, Windows Server, Citrix, Nutanix, VMware, InfoBlox & Dropbox file storag experience 

Understanding ESXi Architecture and Its Installation 

Virtual Machine Files and Snapshot Working 

Vmware Tools Installation

vCenter Server Appliance Installation and Configuration 

VM deployment using Clone, Templates, OVF 

Vsphere Content Library

vSphere Networking Basics and Its Architecture 

vSphere Networking Policies and Its Implementation 

Virtual Storage and VMFS Fundamentals 

Vmware Vmotion, Svmotion

Sphere High Availability and vSphere DRS 

vSphere Update Manager, Alarms, Tasks and Events 

Good Experience in vSphere Troubleshooting 

Windows operating system support  

Citrix Technologies (Xenapp/Xendesktop/Netscaler)

Troubleshooting VDA registration Issues 

Knowledge on app layering and Netscaler. 

Pvs Build Knowledge

Profile Management solution like UPM 

VDI Knowledge and hands on. 

Microsoft Server Operating Systems, in particular Windows 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 

Providing technical input to Major Incident recoveries. 

Owning and taking actions to resolve Problems. 

Modifying user profile configurations and GPO  to fix issues and add new functionality 

Also hands one experience on SCCM client troubleshooting 

Need experience on Veeam backup/restore solution 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
• Communication & Language skills. 
• Lead AI-first transformation – Build and scale AI solutions that redefine industries
