American Express Centurion Card Members want to be able to connect by servicing through a cohesive omni-channel medium that keeps the pace with their high demand lifestyle. As we continue to meet our customers’ needs, the demand for our servicing model in Centurion will incorporate more real-time servicing in the digital space. TLS Centurion offers Mobile Messaging & Webchat as a medium of contact to our Card Members and the Mobile Messaging & Webchat Digital Specialists Team is designed to address and service high-contact drivers. The team proactively assists card members with service demands ranging from replacing their cards and disputes to making payments online. This enables the card members to interact (real time) in their channel (journey) of choice while holistically increasing customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to ensuring our digital channels offer the same or better service as over the phone between the customer request and the service experience provided.The Digital Specialists will facilitate all service demands through our digital channels to mirror the exceptional services we provide through phone channels. This position is also responsible for creating, maintaining and improving card member relationships while interacting and supporting Colleagues in our Card/MR Support Slack channel. Through these interactions, we will continue to not only innovate our digital presence but improve the quality and level of service variation for our most valued members and colleagues.Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
- Ability to recognize tone and mood of customer in written communication.
- Ability to address two to three conversations simultaneously – Multi-task Requirement.
- Meet and exceed the service experience by delivering premium quality and accurate service to meet customer and colleague demands.
- Deliver consistently highly engaged interactions with a high value premium customer in a professional manner.
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Creative, resourceful and customer centric approach to driving service solutions and deliver superior service.
- Recognizes knowledge gaps.
- Meet stringent deadlines.
- Flexibility to works various shifts, hours of operation could vary to meet customer needs; 24 hours 7 days a week EST.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills accompanied by quick comprehension and clear articulation.
- Strong written grammar and spelling
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Ability to work independently and extremely resourceful.
- 1 year of Card Servicing and/or Membership Reward servicing experience.
- 2 years of Centurion Servicing experience.
- ISP Knowledge and understanding.
- Digitally proficient and/or has a passion for Digital Engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $24.28 to $39.90 hourly + bonus + benefits
