How will you make an impact in this role?
As we continue to enhance our value proposition for our most premium customers, servicing plays an ever-increasing role. The Centurion Specialists will play a key role in handline all Centurion New Account requests and support with highly complex Card Servicing requests. The Centurion Card Specialist will receive requests directly from the Membership Team and will collaborate to navigate through the complexity of card servicing. In addition, they may speak to interested Card Members for new accounts. As an authority in their field, the Centurion Card Specialist has an expert level understanding of the Centurion product with a deep knowledge of the regulatory and compliance space.
Schedule for this position: Sunday - Thursday, 1:30pm-10:00pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all card inquiries, ensuring timely completion to the satisfaction of the customer
- Collaborating across TLS with Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Managers and Membership Managers
- Master existing and new product offerings, value proposition and relevance to your Card Members
- Consult with high value Premium Card Members to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing the benefits of card membership, providing relevant product offers that deepen customer engagement, and result in measurable value for our Card Members
- Meet and exceed performance goals that include, but are not limited to, quality goals, compliance regulations, adherence, and productivity targets
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Card Servicing experience required
- Centurion trained with a minimum of 1 year experience in the skill
- Proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Executive level communication skills across a variety of channels through active listening and impeccable written and spoken communication
- A desire to take ownership of your work and maintain superior attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to multiple application requirements for prospective Centurion Card Members
- Demonstrate ability to come up with quick and effective solutions to facilitate business need and Centurion Member satisfaction
- Flexibility to works shifts to meet customer needs, minimum of 1 weekend day required
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, displays a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and in the face of frequently changing or competing demands
We service our Card Members 24 hours / 7 days per week. The Centurion servicing department is open 7 days a week and hours of operation can change due to servicing needs
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $24.28 to $39.90 hourly + bonus + benefits
