日本の観光施設を盛り上げるための企画から提案、契約まで携わります。

★ツアー＆チケット部署の具体的な仕事内容とは？

日本各地にあるテーマパークや観光施設、各種外国人向けの交通券などを仕入れ、『Trip.com』で販売をします。販売をスタートできたら、売上を伸ばすため、同時に各施設・サプライヤーの現在の問題点も解決できるように一緒に取り組んでいきます。集客を最大化することが重要なミッションですが、それと同時に地域の活性化などにも貢献できる、大変やりがいのあるお仕事です！

* テーマパークやアクティビティ、グルメ、ツアーなどの商品の集客UPのためのプロモーション企画の立案・提案～実行
* 新規開業施設や、新規商品獲得のため営業～契約締結、コミッションの交渉
* 既存サプライヤーとの関係維持のため、現状の分析～改善までの提案

■求める⼈材

<必須条件>
* 社会人経験5年以上
* 法人営業経験3年以上（旅行業がベスト）
* ⽇本語ネイティブレベル
* 英語、または中国語ビジネスレベル
*

* チャレンジ精神のある方
* ⾼いコミュニケーションスキルを持っており、協調性と柔軟性がある方
* 数字にコミットし、分析能力のある方
* 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint および⽂字、データ編集などのパソコン操作スキル（社外への提案資料などの作成経験のある方が望ましい）
