Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the lawyers as well as the legal support team in a variety of tasks
- Assist in preparing the Firm's credentials and marketing materials, as well as PowerPoint presentations for seminars and client industry-related research in Korean and English
- Assist in preparing summaries of client meeting in Korean and English
- Translate legal documents from English-Korean and English-Korean
- Conduct legal research
- May require overseas business trips and flexible working arrangements
The Skills And Attributes We Are Looking For
- Undergraduate degree (JD/LLM degree preferred)
- Strong academic background
- Fluent oral and written English and Korean language skills
- Clear and concise writing skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Related work experience in a corporate or law firm environment
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of word processing and other software as needed
- Ability to follow through on assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of personalities
- Ability to accommodate extended hours and overtime as needed
- Excellent professional references
- Good judgment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Hangul Word Processor (HWP) is required
