About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Pascoe Vale practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5-chair practice. • The Opportunity:
• We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Pascoe Vale practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking casual opportunity offering Fridays and Saturdays!  
• Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• Fridays and Saturdays available! 
• Convenient location, close to bus stops, shops and free on site parking! 
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You'Ll Be:

• Available to work Friday’s and Saturdays.
• Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
