• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our organization as a Data Analyst.
• The role will have a wide range of responsibility, which include supporting data-driven decision making within our organization.
• The role will add immense value to the role holder through enhancement of technical knowledge, research skills and exposure to technologies suite in the PropTech domain.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in all analyses.
• Assisting in the development and prioritization of Data Quality Rules based on business requirements.
• Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
• Displaying a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
• Ensures proper escalation, prioritization, and remediation of data quality issues.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science.
• Fresher / 1+ year of work experience in the fields of Analysis, Researching, , Data management.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, R, SQL, or others
