Aerospace Broker Manager

The Role

• Play a key part in driving new business acquisition with WTW Retail, Fac and London.
• Assist with renewing the existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia.
• Work with WTW Colombia and WTW Londonto strategise theexpansion of the aviation portfolio.
• Develop relationships with local cedantstoconductrelevantFacultative duties at the highest level.
• Support WTW Colombia with any day-to-day aviation insurance requirements of WTW Colombia. 

The Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years o fexperience doing Aviation placementin Colombia / Regional.
• Exceptional clientrelationship skills:
• Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
• Strong leadership skillsto help and lead the team to achieve the commercial objectives in the various Aviation sectors.
