Job Responsibilities:

The JRGTW e-Commerce head is responsible for growing PH/KFC Taiwan owned-channel digital sales (Online/KIOK/BYOD) thru developing local strategy/plan/KPIs and leading/supervising the EC team to implement plans via working with cross functions (CRM/MKT/DTS/OP) and external agency (Media/Martech).  

Strategy and Sales (50%)

  • Aligned with regional strategic direction, develop total PH and KFC Taiwan OLO/KIOSK/BYOD strategy, calendar and campaigns to grow company digital sales with focused on owned channel; Manage both paid and non-paid channel by improving the content and conversion rate thru working with agency and cross-function.
  • Devise Performance strategies and regular performance review with agency and utilize a range of techniques including SEM/SEO/AIO to drive online traffic with reasonable ROAS. 
  • Develop plan to grow digital customer base thru online/instore/3rd party and develop App-centered ordering experience thru working with CRM and DTS.
  • Manage the ordering platform to ensure the good ordering experience (UIUX) to grow CV% and add-on% thru working with MKT and DTS.
  • Review best market practice (from JRG/YUM/TW market) and new technology, and keep the JRGTW as leading position and propose the applicable ideas into practice. 
  • Analyze digital sales performance to provide the regular performance reports thru analytic analysis/insight, and adjust the programs/plan as needed to deliver the annual sales goal and KPI.
Communication and Sharing (20%)
  • Regularly review for digital performance, plans and learning to regional EC, local management team and FHs.
  • Prepare and attend the regular local management meeting and YUM meeting per request.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM/MKT/DTS/OP) to ensure effective communication and coordination of digital initiatives.
People Training and Development (15%)
  • Lead and supervise team to deliver sales target/KPIs.
  • Develop team member by ongoing coaching and support in identifying their development opportunities and internal/external training resources and courses.

Agency (10%)

  • Lead and supervise agency (performance and Martech) to deliver quality performance.
  • Develop cross-market partnership that encourages exchange of ideas and innovation.

Administration (5%)

  • Control A&P spending to ensure its efficiency/effectiveness.
  • Ensuring that all advertising and promotion materials follow the appropriate legal and YUM guideline.
Requirements:
  1. 1.    Minimum education requirement
  2. 2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required
  3. 3.    Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements
  • Bachelor degree required. Business related major is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 10 years related EC operation experience (owned channel is preferred), with at least 5 years of people management experience. 
  • Expertise in the EC fields and EC platform management with the below experience:
  • Experience in managing yearly budget and A&P.
  • Experience in sizable people management (5 people above) and cross-function collaboration. 
  • Data-driven digital campaign planning/implementation. 
  • Developing/managing paid/earned/owned channel strategy/implementation plan. 
  • Performance marketing with conversion rate improvement to drive ROAS.
  • Managing/optimizing ordering platform to improve CV%
  • Good hands-on Experience in GA4 analysis and Martech tools (PowerBI, Marketing automation, etc.)
  • Demonstrated the leadership with growth mindset to drive business. 
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
  • Demonstrated good cross-function collaboration to achieve mutual objective; ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Good experience in project management, organizational, and analytical skills. 
  • Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as formal presentation capabilities.
  • Willing to develop people within the team.
