- 30 min PAID break
- Commissions per appointment booked / additional commission when converted into client

We’re growing rapidly and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach and foster lasting client relationships.
Position Overview:
- Conduct outbound calls to cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers to generate interest in Vangst's staffing solutions
- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to nurture leads
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in HubSpot
- Research and understand potential clients' business, staffing needs, and pain points
- Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met
- Continuously learn about cannabis industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 60-75+ calls per day
- Number of emails/LinkedIn outreach sent
- Number of qualified leads created and meetings scheduled
- Conversion rate from contact to meeting
- Opportunities generated for Account Executives
- CRM activity completeness and accuracy
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or B2B sales (cannabis experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and persistence
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM systems
