  • 30 min PAID break
  • Commissions per appointment booked / additional commission when converted into client

We’re growing rapidly and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach and foster lasting client relationships.

Position Overview:
  • Conduct outbound calls to cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers to generate interest in Vangst's staffing solutions
  • Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to nurture leads
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in HubSpot
  • Research and understand potential clients' business, staffing needs, and pain points
  • Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Continuously learn about cannabis industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • 60-75+ calls per day
  • Number of emails/LinkedIn outreach sent
  • Number of qualified leads created and meetings scheduled
  • Conversion rate from contact to meeting
  • Opportunities generated for Account Executives
  • CRM activity completeness and accuracy


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or B2B sales (cannabis experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and persistence
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM systems
