We are seeking a top-performing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is only for the best of the best — individuals who are highly skilled, detail-oriented, and relentless in generating qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and building targeted prospect lists, along with sending initial email introductions to engage decision-makers. Potential for bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-quality leads within our target industries.
- Build and maintain accurate, well-structured prospect lists including verified contact details.
- Craft and send personalized introductory emails to prospects during U.S. business hours.
- Track outreach activity, manage lead data, and ensure accuracy in CRM or lead management tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize targeting strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in lead generation, research, and outbound prospecting at the highest level.
- Advanced skills in using lead generation tools, databases, and LinkedIn for sourcing accurate data.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style.
- Full-time availability (flexible 40 hours per week) with the ability to send outreach during U.S. business hours.
