Job Description

Launch your sales career with an exciting outside sales role where you’ll connect with prospects who are already interested in insurance coverage. This position combines the thrill of sales with valuable data management experience, giving you diverse skills that will accelerate your professional growth. You’ll be reaching out to warm leads - people who have already requested insurance quotes - making your conversations more targeted and productive. Working closely with licensed representatives, you’ll play a crucial role in helping prospects find the perfect coverage while building your expertise in both sales and data management.

• Make engaging outbound calls to prospects who have requested insurance quotes online
• Connect qualified prospects with licensed insurance representatives for policy completion
• Perform accurate data input and maintain organized customer information systems
• Provide backup phone coverage to ensure excellent customer service during busy periods
• Take detailed messages and assist customers with general inquiries
• Support licensed representatives by providing comprehensive lead information and follow-up assistance
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all systems

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
