This is a remote position.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 hour unpaid break | Georgia (EST)
  • Paid hours per week: 40 Hours
Client Overview:

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children by joining a dedicated program organization that ensures proper care and oversight for children in state custody. This established organization, founded in 2019, works directly with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to provide critical support services that protect children’s welfare and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The organization also provides DOT drug testing services, creating a diverse and stable work environment focused on community safety and child protection.


Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive incident reporting and documentation for children in state custody
  • Process and oversee payroll administration for staff members
  • Review, approve, and track case notes to ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes
  • Monitor staff training compliance and certification requirements
  • Oversee time tracking systems to ensure accurate staff clock-in/clock-out procedures
  • Manage case file uploads and documentation for both DCFS and DOT drug testing services
  • Ensure all staff complete required case note submissions within mandated timeframes
  • Coordinate family visit documentation and scheduling compliance
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all client and staff documentation
  • Support operational efficiency through proactive administrative management


Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in healthcare, social services, or regulated industries
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple compliance requirements simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in case management or documentation systems
  • Proficiency with database management, filing systems, and administrative software
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements and HIPAA compliance (training provided if needed)
  • Experience with payroll processing and staff management systems
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff and regulatory bodies
  • Proven reliability and commitment to supporting vulnerable populations
  • Experience working remotely with excellent time management and self-direction skills
  • Background check required due to the nature of work with children in state custody
