Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding pool care operation. This exciting role offers incredible variety, combining traditional administrative support with innovative digital marketing and AI-powered content creation. You’ll be the backbone of our customer communications, lead management, and operational efficiency while having the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools like Google’s AI video creation platform. Responsibilities

  • Manage complete customer journey from initial quote generation to service scheduling and onboarding
  • Track and analyze company performance metrics and scorecards to drive business insights
  • Handle all customer communications through email and text messaging platforms
  • Create engaging AI-generated video content using Google Vo3 platform and edit materials in iMovie for advertising campaigns
  • Process and categorize chemical supply invoices to optimize waste calculation and expense tracking
  • Execute strategic follow-up email campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion
  • Manage daily content posting across 50+ Facebook and Reddit accounts using proxy connections
  • Maintain strong online presence by uploading service photos to Google and creating compelling posts
  • Coordinate team schedules and facilitate seamless internal communication
  • Support special projects including Meta advertising analytics and performance monitoring
  • Provide professional phone support during business hours (bonus opportunity)
  • Collaborate directly with business owner and field team members across multiple communication channels

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with ChatGPT and Google’s AI tools for content creation and problem-solving
  • Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2-3 years of virtual assistant or executive assistant experience (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Common sense approach to social media management and customer relationship building
  • Quick learner who can master new systems with provided comprehensive training
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional headset/microphone setup
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with team
  • Experience with proxy usage for social media account management preferred
