Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth for a leading healthcare technology company by connecting with private medical professionals across the UK. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion by identifying and engaging qualified prospects through strategic email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping healthcare professionals discover innovative software solutions that can transform their practice efficiency and patient care delivery. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship building, strategic thinking, and measurable impact in the rapidly evolving healthcare technology space.
Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outbound lead generation campaigns through email and LinkedIn to connect with private doctors, clinics, and practice administrators across the UK
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target healthcare businesses, obtaining accurate contact information including phone numbers and email addresses
  • Develop and manage LinkedIn connection strategies, responding to connection requests and nurturing relationships through the company’s professional accounts
  • Create and distribute engaging weekly blog content and educational materials to prospects in the healthcare sector
  • Design and implement follow-up email sequences that guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel
  • Qualify and nurture leads with the ultimate goal of driving demo bookings with the internal sales team
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal demo specialists to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales prospecting, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for business development, networking, and professional outreach
  • Excellent email marketing and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho experience highly preferred but not required)
  • Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and private practice operations is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
  • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI achievement
