Job Description:
This is an exciting hybrid role that combines customer service excellence with sales achievement in the property management sector. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential guests, guiding them through the entire journey from initial inquiry to successful booking, while also providing ongoing support to current residents. This position offers the perfect opportunity to utilize your sales skills in rate negotiations and booking conversions, while building lasting relationships through exceptional guest support. You’ll work with cutting-edge property management technology and collaborate with an international team to ensure seamless 12-hour daily coverage that drives both guest satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across multiple high-traffic channels including Airbnb, Booking.com, direct website, and WhatsApp
- Conduct sales conversations with potential guests, including strategic rate negotiations and booking closures
- Process reservations from initial contact through payment collection and booking confirmation
- Provide comprehensive ongoing support to current guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Coordinate maintenance issues and resolve guest concerns to ensure exceptional stay experiences
- Maintain responsive, professional communication across all platforms and channels
- Collaborate seamlessly across shift changes to ensure continuous coverage and guest satisfaction
- Utilize property management systems and communication tools to optimize workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in property management, with preference for short-term rental or hospitality sectors
- Strong sales capabilities with demonstrated ability to negotiate rates and close reservations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with multicultural guest populations
- Experience with property management systems (Avantio preferred, Guesty or similar platforms acceptable)
- Proficiency with modern communication platforms including Slack and WhatsApp
- Comfortable navigating Airbnb and Booking.com platforms for guest management
- Ability to handle both chat-based communications and occasional phone interactions
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts within Dubai timezone
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills for handling guest issues and maintenance coordination
