Program Manager - Insurance

Job Description — Technical Delivery Manager (Data & Analytics) Role overview Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Data & Analytics programs and products, ensuring on‑time, cost‑effective, and high‑quality outcomes for enterprise clients in insurance. Act as the primary stakeholder manager, delivery owner, and solution architect for complex data platform initiatives. Key responsibilities Own program delivery governance: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk & issue management, and steering‑committee reporting. Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams (50+ engineers, product & design) across onshore/offshore models. Drive stakeholder engagement and client communications to manage expectations and handle escalations. Define solution architecture and oversee implementation of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP), ETL, data warehouse and analytics layers. Manage SaaS product configurations and customizations, including delivery, support transition, and operations. Implement process improvements, Agile practices, and delivery best practices using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. Ensure data governance, quality, and performance for datasets and reporting (Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server, DBT, Databricks).
