Senior Technician - Building Facilities Team (Ref: 250000VJ)

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings
• Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues
• Liaise with contractor, station landlords and other stakeholders to facilitate the maintenance works

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building or equivalent 
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered 
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
