Role Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to shape and lead the recruitment strategy for one of our partners, a fast-growing tech company committed to innovation and excellence. With a presence in over 50 countries, they are dedicated to creating solutions that make cities more livable and sustainable. In this role, you will guide and develop a team of talent partners, partnering with senior leadership to anticipate future talent needs and ensure the company is positioned to attract and retain the right people.

You will play a critical role in building a recruitment function that is efficient, scalable, and proactive—focusing on long-term workforce planning, innovative sourcing strategies, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. Your work will directly influence the company’s growth trajectory and help shape its culture as it expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hires.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize metrics and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
