We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Senior Engineer with a strong background in software development and data. You will combine technical expertise, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and adaptability to help push our engineering practice forward. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple technologies, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions to deliver scalable, future-ready products.

This Is You

• Strong software engineering background with experience across multiple ecosystems.
• Proven track record in data engineering: ETL/ELT workflows, data quality, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and enthusiasm for shaping team-wide AI capabilities.
• Ability to balance experimentation and productionization, translating research into reliable solutions.
• System-level thinking with an appreciation for architectural trade-offs.
• Adaptability and willingness to step into undefined areas, supporting roles from DevOps to product shaping.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Product-oriented mindset, contributing beyond code to product strategy and user value.
• Commitment to quality ownership, delivering production-ready solutions without external QA reliance.

This is your role

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data applications.
• Work across multiple programming languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, and others), selecting the right tool for each challenge.
• Partner with data scientists to translate research and models into performant, production-ready solutions.
• Explore and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities into products and platforms.
• Contribute to end-to-end engineering: from infrastructure and DevOps through to data pipelines and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning diverse perspectives to deliver impactful solutions.
• Take ownership of software quality through robust testing strategies (unit, integration, acceptance tests).
• Mentor peers, support product direction, and continuously improve engineering practices.
