Senior Product Manager

What You'Ll Do:

⭐ Lead a cross-functional product team, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and planning through to successful release.

⭐ Create a shared vision for the future of company management services, implement strategies, and roll them out collectively with your team.

⭐ Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver the product as a service.

⭐ Track and monitor product performance and user adoption, iterating and making continuous improvements to achieve key goals.

⭐ Work with analysts to enhance analytics by defining key metrics, building accessible dashboards, and automating reporting processes to measure the impact of new self-serve features.

⭐ Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on our customer base, from user interviews to A/B tests, to deeply understand their needs and pain points.

⭐ Help your team gain a deep understanding of the problems we're solving, our customers, and the business, and align these insights to create meaningful impact.

⭐ Manage relationships with any necessary vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth collaboration and product delivery.

Who You Are:

⭐ Experience building products in one of the following domains: KYC / AML, company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, share management, or other business management/compliance software.

⭐ Additional experience in domains like Documents processing , Back office products (e.g., business process automation) , Accounting products , or E-commerce platforms is a plus.

⭐ Experience managing a cross-functional product team in a startup or scaleup, as well as relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

⭐ A strong desire to understand your customers and identify opportunities to solve their problems.

⭐ Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate ideas with extreme clarity both verbally and in writing.

⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

⭐ Experience with agile development methodologies.
