Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements).

Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.).

Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.

Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows).

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.

The ServiceNow Associate Consultant will join the high performing ServiceNow implementation team, this team works only on ServiceNow implementation & transformation projects.

Collaborate with the ServiceNow implementation team to deploy and configure ServiceNow applications based on client requirements.

Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and complete assigned user stories, scrum tasks, and test cases.

Assist in developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and help customize modules including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SecOps etc.

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document ServiceNow configurations, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and integrations.

Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Continuously update skills and knowledge of ServiceNow products and ITSM processes. Support knowledge sharing and documentation for internal teams and clients.

Engage with stakeholders and contribute to team goals, ensuring customer-focused service delivery.
