Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global TA Team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be based in Dublin. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the hiring process for core to mid-level roles and support senior and executive recruitment across the EMEA region.
We’re seeking a customer-centric recruitment professional who is passionate about sourcing top talent, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TOMRA’s values.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, international team, work on impactful recruitment projects, and represent TOMRA Food at career fairs and campus events helping strengthen our employer brand and attract future talent.
Because this role supports multiple regions, flexibility to work across time zones is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Post Job Ads: Write and publish role advertisements on LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Source Candidates: Utilise various sourcing methods, including ATS databases, AI, job boards, and social media, to attract qualified talent.
- Manage Talent Pools: Nurture relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pools for frequently recruited roles.
- Role Briefings: Attend intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and expectations.
- Screen & Shortlist: Conduct video interviews and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
- Coordinate Interviews: Manage scheduling and communication between candidates and interview teams.
- Support Offer Process: Assist with offer letters and candidate updates in the ATS.
- Conduct Background Checks: Manage regional reference and background checks as required.
- Administer Assessments: Coordinate psychometric testing and support hiring managers with result interpretation.
- Champion Employer Brand: Organise and and attend career fairs, campus events, and internal initiatives to boost candidate engagement.
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Comfortable with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Passion for delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) in hiring.
- Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple roles and priorities while staying detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Basic HR knowledge with a strong desire to expand your expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
- Collaborative and culturally adaptable, you enjoy working with international colleagues and candidates.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
